regular lunas ventanillas

pues estoy montando el manta y quiero saber como se regulan las ventanillas porq hoy las he montado pero la goma de arriba queda bien pero la q va vertical ni siquiera toca con el cristal,otra cosa ya aprovecho para las dudas,le quiero cambiar los esparragos por unos mas largos,los traseros creo q sale el tambor con unos golpecillos y los delanteros como salen?

los esparragos salen mal a mi me los sacaron con una prensa y a golpes pero hay que tener cuidao de no doblar el buje a mi me lo doblaron menos mal que tenia otro.
yo los compre en gt2i.

yo los saque a golpes sin problemas. en dos mantas que he cambiado no he tenido problemas.

Te pongo textual lo que pone en el haynes (que tendrías que tener... es básico... :) )

12 Door window glass and regulator (Coupe models) - removal and replacement.

1 - Remove the door trim panel, as described in Section 10.
2 - Undo the two bolts securing the window upper stops and the single bolt retaining the upper balance arm to glass support channel.
3 - Refer to Fig.12.8, and remove the six bolts securing the regulator assembly and lower balance arm support channel to door inner panel.
4 - The regulator assembly can now be withdrawn through the large aperture in the door inner panel.
5 - To withdraw the window glass, disengage the lower run channels and lift out the glass rear end first from the top of the door.
6 - Refit the window glass and regulator using the reverse procedure to removal. The glass should be adjusted for alignment as follows. The top of the glass sits just below the lip of the weatherstrip. In order to ensure that the glass does not tilt when lowering, adjust the support channel at the two securing bolts in the slotted holes with the window fully raised. Sideways movement is adjusted at the balance arm bolt.
